Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

  • You may change or reschedule your booking, as long as you do so with at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

  • You may do so online by going to your confirmation email and press the “View Booking” button which will then redirect you to our booking page, where you will be able to change your booking. You can also call us at 778.379.8828 or email us at info@i-exit.com.

  • Rescheduling is not available if requested within 24 hours of your scheduled start time. We require at least 24 hours as it allows others players enough time to book your time slot.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund, as long as you do so with at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

  • You may do so online by going to your confirmation email and press the “View Booking” button which will then redirect you to our booking page, where you will be able to cancel your booking. You can also call us at 778.379.8828 or email us at info@i-exit.com.

  • Cancellation is not available if requested within 24 hours of your scheduled start time and no refund will be issued. We require at least 24 hours as it allows others players enough time to book your time slot.

  • Refund will be issued within 24 hours, but it may not show on your bank statement for 7-10 business days (depends on your bank).
