Rescheduling & Cancelling
For regular bookings you may reschedule or cancel your booking, as long as you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time. For large group bookings involving three or more rooms, you may reschedule or cancel your booking as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

Rescheduling or cancelling is not available if requested within 24 hours of your scheduled start time for regular bookings or within 48 hours for a large group booking involving three or more rooms, and no refund will be issued. We require this notice as it allows other players enough time to book that time slot.
Refunds will be issued within 24 hours but may not show on your bank statement for 7-10 business days (depending on your bank).
Venue Rental Policy
Rescheduling or cancellation is available for Venue Rental bookings with a full refund provided as long as you cancel or reschedule at least one week before your scheduled start time. Should you provide less than one week but more than 72 hours notice of a cancellation or rescheduling, a 50% refund will be provided.
